At Casa Felipe Flores the focus at all times is on our guests and providing excellent service. You will find every member of our team happy to respond to any reasonable request. Our goal is to make your visit to San Cristóbal, and especially your lodging experience with us, as pleasurable as possible.

The staff is headed by Manager, Marco Coutino, who speaks English as well as Spanish and has years of expierence in tourism industry.  In addition to being available to answer questions and assist with airport transportation arrangements, Marco handles reservations, registration and billing at check-out. He also assists with beverage service and is a general information source.

Our longest serving staff member is Jesus Rovelo, the chief maintenance person, who has been with Casa Felipe Flores since it opened in early 1999. Jesus handles requests from guests when Marco or owners Nancy or David Orr are not on the scene and assists guests with luggage and lays fires.

Maribel Lopez is the principal cook and is happy to prepare your breakfast to order.

She gained considerable hotel food preparation experience at one San Cristóbal’s leading larger hotels prior to coming to Casa Felipe Flores in 2007.

Carmen Toledo has important multiple responsibilities: assisting with dining room service and in the kitchen, as well as guest room preparation.

Sergio Rovelo assists with guest room preparation and general maintenance.

Isidro Muñoz is an all around assistant to Jesus. He attends highschool following his work shift at Casa Felipe Flores each day.
